Enough Is Enough

I was at a school this year led by a highly effective educator who just so happened to spend most of her career in public education. Over the last few years, she entered Christian education and is doing a tremendous job leading her school to heights it has never seen before. She is extremely passionate about biblical worldview education and is thrilled to be in an educational setting where she can now share the whole truth with her students.

She shared with me her journey out of public education. After being an elementary school principal for many years, the transgender movement swept into her school. She had two teachers who were confused about their own gender and started influencing their students toward gender confusion. One was a kindergarten teacher who received a grant to purchase a large number of books that taught children the lies of transgenderism. Within a very short period of time, a number of the kindergartners were declaring that they were the opposite sex from what they were born.

The other gender-confused teacher was teaching older elementary students the same lies, and the district school leadership came to this principal and told her that they were going to create two student profiles for each child who was transitioning, and they would not be telling the parents. They started allowing the children to change clothes after arriving at school and forbade this principal from telling the parents what was happening. This Christian principal informed them she was done and that she would rather retire than go along with this insanity. They asked her to stay until they could find a replacement. She agreed but told them she would not go along with their policies.

One of the older elementary students, who was tricked into believing she was something other than her biological sex, began to go into serious emotional and mental distress. This Christian principal decided to call in her family and expose what was happening to their daughter at school each day. She said she knew she would probably get fired, but she no longer cared.

After meeting with the family and telling them they should pull their child out of the school she was leading, they did exactly what she recommended. Incredibly, the child is now enrolled in the same Christian school this former public school principal is currently leading. The child is now doing fantastic since she has been restored to a world of truth and reality.

I thank God for people like this lady who are standing up and saying, “Enough is enough!” She literally saved this child’s life, and today, through her work in Christian education, she is saving many other lives.
