Renewanation is privileged to partner with Greenwood Christian Academy of Williamsburg, Virginia, our newest school qualified to participate in the Virginia Education Improvement Scholarship Tax Credit Program. GCA has been extremely proactive in promoting this program and have hosted two informational sessions for their community and leadership team. Principal, Marilyn Dayton, and Business Office Manager, Tara Sagman, recognized the enormous opportunity to expand and better utilize the program’s many benefits. Members of the community and the school were invited to take part in learning specifics on how their school may increase the number of scholarships offered to children seeking a biblical worldview education and how contributors may receive significant tax incentives in the form of credits and deductions used to lower individual and/or business taxable liabilities. The outcome of the meetings was met with unanimous support in recognition of the substantial benefits and significant impact this program makes on the lives of children and families. Renewanation is excited to expand this program with Greenwood Christian Academy and looks forward to the opportunity of partnering with other schools throughout Virginia. For more information on how this powerful program will make a positive impact on the children, schools, and contributors in your area, please contact Curtis Cornell at curtis@renewanation.org.
