On May 17, Renewanation had the great pleasure to host a luncheon for Christian school administrators in the Southwest Virginia area. We deeply appreciate the daily work our administrators do in educating, caring, and shepherding the next generation in a biblical framework. In addition to honoring them and providing a venue for excellent networking, these luncheons help equip area leaders with tools and methods to strengthen their Christian schools. In May, we reviewed best practices in organizational communication and coordination. As one of the most common challenge areas facing an organization, we discussed the crucial role communication plays in both effective and efficient operations of a school as well as its impact on family and student retention.
Currently offered twice per school year, Christian school administrators requested we increase the frequency of these luncheons going forward.
