Rhonda Burnette

Senior Operations Manager

Rhonda Burnette joined RenewaNation as Senior Operations Manager in May of 2026. She has experience in leadership and strategic planning, with a focus on strengthening processes and systems. Her diverse background includes over 25 years in manufacturing and retail, and another 15 years in education. Rhonda holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Management and a Master's in Education: Teaching and Learning Leadership, both from Liberty University.

She and her husband, Rick, have led Bouldin Memorial Church in Stuart, VA, for the past decade, and enjoy mission trips to plant churches and spread the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Rick and Rhonda have three adult children, Ricky, Chris, and Mary, a daughter-in-love, Stephanie, as well as two grandchildren, Jamison and Ava.
