Michael brings 25 years of experience in Christian education to RenewaNation. He taught for nearly 15 years junior high and high school subjects at Christian schools in Ohio and Michigan. Most of that time was spent teaching Bible class. He later served as Biblical Integration and Curriculum Director for an online Christian school. For more than a decade since, he has helped Christian schools across the country plan and strengthen their curriculum with a biblical worldview as part of the team behind a leading curriculum mapping platform. Throughout his years in educational ministry, he has also served in pastoral and small group ministry at his local church. He holds degrees in Education and Theology from God's Bible School & College.

Michael lives in Milford, Ohio, with his wife, Ruth Ann, and their two teenage daughters. He enjoys gardening and landscape design. He is passionate about using technology and research-based best practices to help Christian schools thrive, so that more families can choose a biblical worldview education.
