I recently read the book of Titus in my morning devotions. In Chapter 2:11-14, I read, “For the grace of God has appeared, bringing salvation for all people, training us to renounce ungodliness and worldly passions, and to live self-controlled, upright, and godly lives in this present age, waiting for our blessed hope, the appearing of the glory of our great God and Savior Jesus Christ, who gave Himself for us to redeem us from all lawlessness and to purify for Himself a people for His own possession who are zealous for good works.” As I read these divinely inspired words once again, I was reminded that this sums up the mission of biblical worldview education. In partnership with God’s grace and parents, churches and Christian schools are on a mission to train children to live godly lives in this present age and to be zealous to accomplish good works in every part of our society. Oh, how we need more young men and women to live with this vision for their lives! At Renewanation, we are working every day to make this a reality.
